The Monaco housing market 2025 has seen remarkable growth, especially in the new property segment.
During the first half of 2025, 57 Monaco property transactions were recorded: it’s the highest number since data collection began in 2006. The total value of these Monaco property sales in 2025 exceeded €2.5 billion, more than four times the previous record of €596.6 million in 2023.
