It is possible to purchase services that offer additional visibility for listings. In any case, purchasing any service does not guarantee that the listing will remain on the Portal, as the listing must fully comply with these Terms.
The Owner is the lawful owner of the Website, of the web pages it comprises, as well as of the information or elements contained in texts, documents, photographs, drawings, graphics, databases, software, logos, trademarks, trade names, or other signs protected by intellectual or industrial property rights.
Unless expressly authorized by the Owner or by third parties holding the corresponding rights, or if legally permitted, the User may not reproduce, transform, modify, decode, distribute, rent, make available to anyone, or grant access through any form of public communication to any of the elements mentioned in the previous paragraph.
The Owner does not guarantee continuous access or correct visualization, download, or use of the elements and information contained in the Website’s pages, which could be prevented, hindered, or interrupted by factors or circumstances beyond its control. The Owner is not responsible for the information and other content integrated into areas or websites of third parties accessible from the Website. Neither the Owner nor any third-party information providers assume any liability for damages, losses, claims, or expenses arising from: (1) Interferences, interruptions, errors, omissions, telephone failures, delays, blocks, or disconnections in the electronic system’s operation caused by deficiencies, errors, and overloads in telecom lines and networks, or any other cause beyond the Owner’s control. (2) The use of any illegal and/or malicious program and by any means, such as viruses or similar. (3) Improper or incorrect use of the Owner’s websites. (4) Security in navigation or errors caused by a malfunctioning browser or outdated browser versions, or by outdated hardware.
The User acknowledges and agrees that any contractual or non-contractual relationship formalized with advertisers, real estate agencies, construction companies, private Users, or other parties publishing real estate listings (hereinafter, the “Advertisers”) or third parties contacted through the Website—such as participation in competitions, promotions, or the purchase or sale of goods or services—are conducted solely and exclusively between the User and such Advertisers and/or third parties. Consequently, the User accepts that the Owner shall bear no responsibility for any damages of any nature arising from negotiations, conversations, and/or contractual or non-contractual agreements with Advertisers or third parties (natural or legal persons) contacted through the Website.
Searches for information on the Website and the viewing of listings are conducted through automated procedures; the Owner declines any responsibility for the quality of results offered, or the content, accuracy, truthfulness, or compliance with the rules contained in these Terms. It is always possible to report any illegal, fraudulent, suspicious listings or those that do not comply with the rules specified in these Terms by sending a notification to the Website’s editorial team via email using the dedicated page. The same section can be used to file a complaint against the decision made by the Owner following a received report. Against decisions taken by the Owner regarding reports and any associated complaints, the User may appeal to any out-of-court dispute resolution entity certified by the digital services coordinator appointed under the European digital services legislation or to the judicial authority.
The listings on the Website are published by real estate agencies, construction companies, other professionals, and private Users. Their publication does not imply approval or endorsement by the Owner, nor does it imply any form of guarantee from the Owner regarding their content. Therefore, the Owner is not responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, or compliance with privacy legislation and/or any other aspect of such listings. When searching for a property on the Website, the main parameters that affect the order in which listings appear are: the selected search criteria; any purchase by the advertisers of services that provide additional visibility for their listings; the completeness and accuracy of the information and content related to the listing; the date on which the listing was published. Once the search has been performed, it is possible to sort the results, for example, to display the most relevant listings, the newest or oldest listings, the most or least expensive listings, the largest or smallest ones, or those with more or fewer rooms.

The User will be liable for any damages of any nature that the Owner or its subsidiaries may incur, directly or indirectly, as a result of any breach of the obligations derived from these Terms of Use concerning use of the Website.
