Anse du Portier is the future eleventh and last district of the Principality of Monaco.
This future eco-responsible district will extend over 6 hectares reclaimed from the sea between the counter jetty of Port Hercule and the Grimaldi Forum.
Ultimately, 5 buildings and 14 villas, i.e. 60,000 m² of luxury housing should see the light of day.
