Larvotto is located in the northeast of the Principality and east of Monte-Carlo.

Avenue Princesse-Grace, with its tall buildings on the seafront, is the road where real estate is the most expensive in the world. Among the most sought after buildings on the Larvotto there are among others the 21 Princess Grace, the Bahia or the Estoril.
